Exhibiting at OPS 2028 gives you the opportunity to showcase your specialized expertise and products to utility engineers, consulting engineers, researchers, educators, government agency personnel, and other professionals dedicated to strengthening critical transmission line and substation infrastructure.

Exhibitor Benefits:

Provisions:

  • 10’ x 10’ booth includes:
    • (1) Pipe and drape – colors TBD
    • (1) 6’ skirted table
    • (1) Chairs
    • (1) Wastebasket
    • (1) Booth Sign

Payment for Exhibit Space:

  • A 50% deposit is due within 30 days of contract submission.
  • After January 14, 2028, full payment must accompany the contract.
  • The remaining balance will be invoiced on January 14, 2028.

Payments should be made payable to ASCE/ETS 2025 Conference Exhibits.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to ASCE Show Management.

  • Cancellations received before June 16, 2028 will receive a refund of the total amount paid, less a $200 processing fee per booth.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after June 16, 2028.

Assignment of Exhibit Space:

Exhibit space will be assigned to organizations in good standing upon receipt of full payment. Contracts are dated and assigned in the order received.

  • If a selected space is unavailable, the closest available space will be assigned.
  • Booth location is not guaranteed.
  • Exhibitors will be notified of their booth assignment four (4) months prior to the conference.

Subletting:

Exhibitors may not reassign, sublease, or share exhibit space without prior written approval from ASCE Show Management. Exhibitors may only display products and services offered in the regular course of their business.

Exhibit Services Company:

An Exhibitor Service Kit, including shipping instructions and order forms for services, will be emailed to exhibitors four (4) months prior to the conference.

Exhibitor Housing Block:

The exhibitor hotel room block will open in Spring 2028. To receive the discounted OPS rate, reservations must be made by Wednesday, September 8, 2028. Booking instructions will be posted on the OPS website when the block opens.

Shipping Information:

Detailed shipping instructions will be included in the Exhibitor Service Kit. Please do not ship materials directly to the conference venue unless otherwise instructed.
